EAI has promoted and managed more than 100 successful conventions, drawing from 300 to 5,000 registrants and as many as 300 exhibiting companies. We also have experience with international events.
EAI’s dedicated meeting and exhibit professionals, as well as our marketing and communications experts, provide the most powerful convention and event capabilities in the industry. We’ll work closely with you to ensure your meetings and exhibitions meet or exceed your educational and financial goals.
Our convention and exhibition capabilities include program development, site selection, contract negotiation, promotion/marketing, onsite management, program evaluation, exhibit sales and management, sponsorship development, vendor oversight and registration.
We believe one of the most effective strategies to ensure your convention’s financial goals is to secure industry support for approved programs and initiatives. We have an extraordinary record of partnering with industry to fund educational programs, enduring materials, publications and social events.
All commissions and rebates negotiated with hotels, convention centers, and other vendors are issued directly to your association. This enables your association to directly benefit from these commissions and allows your members to obtain the lowest possible rates for lodging and other services.
EAI is highly experienced in developing and managing quality educational programs. Many of our clients are accredited by and adhere to the rigorous requirements of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education or the American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program. All of our accredited clients have been awarded re-accreditation, and two clients have recently been awarded “Accreditation with Commendation” by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
